HOW TO REACH US  

Our apartments are located in the historic centre of Verona, in two different areas with different access rules for cars: 

• Vicolo Satiro 5 (Atelier del Teatro) → located inside the ZTL restricted traffic zone. 
  Car access is NOT allowed, and loading/unloading is not permitted at this address. 

• Via San Paolo 24 (Castelvecchio Apartment & San Zeno Apartment) → located outside the ZTL. 
  Cars can reach the building, and loading/unloading is allowed right in front of the entrance. 

 By Air 

From Verona Valerio Catullo Airport, take the Aerobus shuttle to Verona Porta Nuova Railway Station (departures every 20–25 minutes). 

By Train 

From Verona Porta Nuova Railway Station, take bus no. 11 – 12 – 13 – 30 – 51 – 52 (platform B1). 
The closest stop to both properties is Via XX Settembre. 

By Car 

To Via San Paolo 24 (Castelvecchio & San Zeno Apartments – accessible by car) 

From the A4 motorway, take the Verona Sud exit and follow the signs towards the city centre: 
Corso Porta Nuova → Piazza Bra → Via Pallone → Ponte Aleardi → Lungadige Porta Vittoria → Via San Paolo. 
You may stop briefly in front of the building for loading and unloading. 

To Vicolo Satiro 5 (Atelier del Teatro – NOT accessible by car) 

Vicolo Satiro is located inside the ZTL. 
Car access is restricted, and loading/unloading is not permitted. 
We recommend parking nearby and walking to the apartment (2–3 minutes on foot).

Parcheggio Centro, Via Campo Marzo 1 
(approx. € 1.80/hour or € 12/day) 
Located about 5–7 minutes on foot from both Via San Paolo 24 and Vicolo Satiro 5. 

Street Parking (blue lines) 

Available around Via San Paolo 24 (paid, time-limited). 
Not available in Vicolo Satiro (ZTL).

• Via Mazzini → 4–8 minutes
